บัตร Member card สิทธิประโยชน์ และเงื่อนไข
- สำหรับลูกค้าที่ตรวจสุขภาพ ที่มียอดชำระจริงตั้งแต่ 5,000 บาท ขึ้นไป/ใบเสร็จ
(For customers who have health check up have a payment of 5,000 baht or more/receipt.)
- รับฟรี ตรวจระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด (FBS) 1 ครั้ง/เดือน ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการตรวจ หรือหักเป็นค่าบริการอื่นๆได้
(Free blood glucose test (FBS) 1 time/month, can't change the test items or deducted as other service charges)
- สิทธิสมาชิกรับส่วนลด 30% จากราคาปกติ เมื่อเข้ารับบริการ "ภายในเดือนเกิด" ยกเว้น Special Lab และ Out Lab
(Get 30% discount from normal price when receiving the service. "Within the month of birth" except Special Lab and Out Lab.)
